1. No-Refund Policy

Because our coaching, consulting and digital programs provide you immediate access to proprietary training videos, workbooks, onboarding materials and/or interactive features once your payment is completed, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment succeeds. Bycompleting your purchase you expressly waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund for digitally-delivered services under Indian consumer-protection law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

2. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If your card, UPI, wallet or other payment method has been inadvertently charged more than once for the same order, please email support@healingmantra.in within 7 days of the transaction. Verified duplicate payments will be reversed to the original payment method within 7–10 banking days, subject to the payment-gateway’s processing timelines.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing any Healing Mantra program, the following will apply:

Immediate suspension – Your member account and all materials will be deactivated.

Reinstatement fee – To regain access you must repay the original fee plus any payment gateway/dispute fees incurred.

Collections – Outstanding balances unpaid for 30 days may be referred to a collections agency and may impact your credit rating.

4. Payment Gateways

We accept payments through UPI, [insert payment gateways you support], and other approved gateways. Each gateway’s own processing timelines determine how quickly a refund (duplicate-charge reversal) will reflect in your statement.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under applicable law regarding defective, non-conforming or not-as-described services. 6. Cancellation of Services

Once you purchase a program and access is granted (e.g., login credentials sent, onboarding materials delivered, you attend a first session), you waive the right to cancellation or refund unless otherwise explicitly communicated for that specific program.
