1. Scope

Healing Mantra (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers digital-only coaching programs, consultations, courses, and downloadable materials via the website www.healingmantra.in and related sub-domains (“Site”). We do not ship any physical goods. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how our digital products are delivered and what you can expect after purchasing.

2. Delivery Method

• All products are delivered electronically.

• Access is provided via one or more of the following methods:

• A secure download link shown immediately on the payment-confirmation page.

• An automated email from support@healingmantra.in (or another designated onboarding email) containing your login or download details.

• A WhatsApp message or other messaging platform (if you opted in) with access information.
  
  
  

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Instant access: For most purchases, you will receive your download link or login credentials immediately after payment is confirmed.
  
  

• Pre-orders / scheduled cohorts: For Programs that start at a later date (live cohorts or scheduled sessions), full access details will be emailed no later than 24 hours before the first live session begins.
  
  

• Technical delays: In the rare event of a technical delay, we commit to delivering access within 2 business hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.
  
  
  

4. Confirmation of Delivery

After your purchase you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Your order number and payment receipt.

• Instructions or link to access or download your digital product.

• Contact information for support should you require assistance.
  
  

Important: If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If still missing, contact support@healingmantra.in with your order number.

5. Access & Troubleshooting

• Download links are unique to you and may include expiry times or download limits to protect our Content.
  
  

• If a link expires or you are unable to access your Program, please email support@healingmantra.in with your order number and we will issue a new link.
  
  

• Once you have downloaded any files, we recommend saving a local copy; we are not obligated to indefinitely host expired/downloaded materials.
  
  

6. Updates & Version Changes

Occasionally we may update or expand a digital Program (additional lessons, upgraded materials, improved recordings).

In such cases:

• Existing clients will receive these updates free of charge (unless otherwise stated for a specific Program).

• We will notify you via email when updates are available and provide access instructions.
  
  
  

7. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital, delivered instantly, and constitute proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. Please refer to our standalone Refunds & Cancellation Policy for full details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be reversed per that policy.
